Every product at REVERENA Digital Shop is a digital download. Because downloads can’t be returned once delivered, we don’t offer refunds simply for a change of mind. We do want you to be happy with your purchase, so we’ll make it right in the cases below.
When we will help
- The file won’t download or open. We’ll fix the problem or send a replacement, and refund you if we can’t.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake and haven’t downloaded it. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@shopreverena.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, the email address you used at checkout, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card or PayPal). Your bank or card company may take several business days to post it.
Sale and bundle purchases
Sale-priced items and bundles follow the same rules. Refunds are for the amount you paid.
Haven’t received your refund?
First check your bank or card statement again, then contact your card company or bank, since posting can take a few days. If it still hasn’t arrived, email support@shopreverena.com.
